Metaform cherche à engager pour un contrat à durée indéterminée un(e) avec entrée immédiate, un(e) architecte, un(e) ingénieur ou un(e) technicien(ne) en bâtiment pour le suivi de chantier afin de compléter son équipe.

Votre profil

• Titulaire d’une formation Architecte ou Ingénieur ou Technicien en génie civil, travaux publics ou équivalent


• 7 ans d’expérience minimum


• Maîtrise des logiciels : AutoCAD / ArchiCAD ou Revit / Pack Office/ logiciel pour soumissions (Orca)


• Langues utilisées : français. La pratique de l’anglais et/ou l’allemand serait un atout.


• Rigoureux(se), volontaire et bon(ne) communicant(e)


• Savoir gérer un planning, coordonner la succession des travaux


• Savoir gérer un budget (suivant un lot de soumission)


• Savoir anticiper les travaux

Votre mission

• Vous intégrerez une équipe sur chantier et serez responsable du suivi d’un ou de plusieurs lots de travaux


• Vous devrez gérer les demandes des entreprises, vérifier les avenants, contrôler les métrés


• Vous coordonnez et contrôlez l'exécution des travaux (délais, qualité, ...)


• Vous réalisez les rapports, rédigez des lettres de mise en demeure


• Vous mettez à jour le budget

Your profile

• Trained as an architect or engineer or technician in civil engineering, public works or equivalent


• 7 years’ experience minimum


• Experience in software: AutoCAD / ArchiCAD or Revit / Pack Office / software for tenders (Orca)


• Languages used: French obligatory, English and/or German would be an asset


• Rigorous, self-starter and good communicator


• Ability to manage a schedule, coordinate the sequence of work


• Ability to manage a budget (following a tender package)


• Ability to anticipate work

Your mission

• You will be part of a team on site and will be responsible for monitoring one or more work packages


• You will have to manage the requests of the companies, check the amendments, control the quantities


• You will coordinate and control the execution of the work (deadlines, quality, etc.)


• You will produce reports and write letters of formal notice


• You update the budget
