Saharchitects est un cabinet d'architectes spécialisé dans les bâtiments résidentiels. Nous sommes des architectes passionnés et, ensemble, nous nous efforçons de concevoir et de construire des projets dont nous sommes tous fiers. 

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un dessinateur/trice en bâtiment très motivé et expérimenté(e) pour nous rejoindre dans la création de maisons élégantes et bien pensées pour nos clients. Le/la candidat(e) idéal est passionné(e) par les détails d’exécution et par la transposition de la conception dans l'environnement bâti grâce à un processus responsable, réfléchi et efficace de préparation des documents de construction.

En tant que candidat à ce poste, vous devez faire preuve d'une connaissance approfondie des matériaux de construction, des systèmes, des spécifications, des codes, des détails et des techniques de construction. Vous êtes également capable de synthétiser les données structurelles, énergétiques, environnementales et architecturales en un document de construction cohérent. Vous êtes très organisé(e), autonome, polyvalent(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs projets à la fois. Vous n'avez aucun mal à respecter les délais et êtes capable de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et de travailler en équipe.

Vos responsabilités :

• La prise en charge et le suivi de documents graphiques à toutes les phases des projets d’architecture et d’urbanisme, bordereaux, métrés, appels d’offres ;


• La maîtrise des outils graphiques permettant de transmettre les principes des projets développés et de fournir des détails de qualité ;


• Respecter la cohérence de représentation géométrique des documents ;


• S’assurer de la précision et de la présence de données dans toutes les phases d’un projet. 

Vos Compétences : 

• Diplôme de dessinateur ou équivalent 


• Min. 8 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet d’architecte


• Maîtrise de Vectorworks, ArchiCAD ou Revit, la maîtrise du processus BIM constitue un avantage


• Connaissance des normes, réglementations et pratiques de construction au Luxembourg


• Bilingue français/anglais ou allemand/anglais

English : Experienced Building Draftsperson 

 At Saharchitects, we are a full service, boutique architectural practice specialised in residential buildings. We are passionate architects and together we strive to design and build projects we are all proud of. We are searching for a highly motivated building draftsman/woman (Bauzeichner/in) to join us in creating elegant and thoughtfully designed homes for our clients.

 An ideal candidate is passionate about construction details and about translating the design into the built environment through a responsible, thoughtful, and efficient process of preparing construction documents. As an applicant for this position, you should demonstrate high-level knowledge of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details and construction techniques. You are also able to synthesise the structural, energy efficiency, environmental and architectural data into a coherent construction document. You are highly organised, autonomous, versatile and can prioritise different projects at once. You have no problem meeting deadlines and are capable of communicating effectively with clients and working in a team. 

Your responsibilities:

• Taking charge of and following up on graphic documents at all phases of architectural and urban planning projects, schedules, quantities, calls for tenders;


• The mastery of graphic tools allowing to transmit the principles of the developed projects and to provide quality details;


• Respect the coherence of geometric representation of documents;


• Ensure the accuracy and presence of data in all phases of a project.

 Core skills: 

• Building draftsman/woman with minimum 8 years of experience in an architecture firm 


• Demonstrating proficiency in Vectorworks, ArchiCAD or Revit 


• High-level knowledge of the standards, regulations and building practices in Luxembourg


• Bilingual French/English or German/English, Working proficiency Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
