LIST : Co-Creation Workshop on Sustainable Urban Soil Restoration (project URSOILL)

jeudi 8 octobre 2026

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), coordinator of the URSOILL Luxembourg Living Lab, together with its partners Geoconseils, InterAlia, Gewatec, Agora, CELL and the Administration de l’Environnement, is pleased to invite you to the second co-creation workshop of the URSOILL project.

Following the first workshop, where participants explored the challenges of soil sealing, soil pollution and soil literacy, this session marks the next step in the Living Lab process. Together, we will identify, discuss and prioritize the most promising solutions, helping shape the actions that will be implemented and tested during the next phase of the project. We will also share progress to date and present the initial site designs.

About the URSOILL Luxembourg Living Lab:

Across 10 sites in Differdange, Bettembourg, Sanem, Esch-sur-Alzette, Schifflange and Bascharage, the Luxembourg Living Lab is developing practical solutions to restore urban soils. The project aims to reduce soil sealing, increase the reuse of urban soils, reduce pollution, support soil restoration and improve soil literacy.

  • TIME & DATE: 8 October 2026, 13:30 - 16:30
  • LOCATION & VENUE: Domaine Schlassgoart (Bâtiment 5), 66 Rue de Luxembourg, L-4221 Esch-sur-Alzette. Parking available directly next to the building.
