Office space for rent:
We are looking for 1-2 Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Architects, Urbanists or Engineers who would like to share office space with two other architects in Luxembourg City-Gare.
This call is specifically targeted to independent practitioners who are looking to change their working situations, from working at home, working in small offices, or working outside of Luxembourg City to a more professional situation such as: a central and more visible office, a dynamic and creative environment, a sharing environment of equipment, conference room and other facilities. Individual private offices and/or common space working areas are both possible depending on your needs.
The location of the office is very central. Max 4 professionals in total.
We are registered OAI members working in Luxembourg for the last 16 years. We have an interdisciplinary approach to the profession, and we thrive to achieve high quality work.
Date: September 1st. 2016.
Location: Luxembourg City-Gare
Rent: 650-850 Euros a month.
